Muscle 19 was established back in 2012 by owner Ash, and has continued to grow its loyal community who are looking for something less mainstream. Situated in the old Rose & Crown pub, this gives us that 'old school feel'. We have an everyone is welcome policy, what ever your ability, knowledge, size, experience, gender we really are the gym for you.
